DCS completed a future thinking facility for Rising Stars Youth Foundation. What began as an old Armory building in Freeport is now a state-of-the-art Recreational Center. The full scope of work includes classrooms, offices, two regulation High School basketball courts, custom wall padding, motorized backstops, and a fitness training room with open, exposed ceilings. The project also included the installation of a brand-new HVAC system, new electrical panels, high- end light fixtures, a fire suppression system, and new men’s and women’s bathrooms.
