The Team
Ken Stubbolo Jr
Principal/ VPKenny Stubbolo Jr. is the liaison and main point of contact for our clients, engineers, architects, and design team. Throughout the entire project cycle, he leads and attends on- site management meetings, client meetings, and holds key-coordination meetings to ensure the project is moving along.
Ed Mandrin
Project ManagerEd Mandrin assist’s in creating a baseline estimate as well as updating any revisions throughout each phase of project, providing detailed take-offs. He will attend all pre- construction and construction meetings, oversee value engineering works, and develop alternative solutions as needed.
Michael Stubbolo
Field Director/ VPAs Director of Field Operations/ Site Safety and Quality Control, Michael Stubbolo's top priority on site is to ensure that all safety requirements are met to DOB and OSHA standard and requirements. He spear heads and manages site safety plans and conducts weekly tool box safety meetings on site.
Steven Johnston
Chief Financial OfficerSteven is the point of contact that manages all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. He is responsible for overseeing internal controls, taxes, treasury, operations, budgets, and meets daily with the executive team.
Paul Cruz
Junior AccountantPaul assists in keeping all financial records up-to-date, assuring the preparation of reports, and reconciling bank statements. His role in the company also includes overseeing all office administration, assisting in financial data, overhead, and payroll.
Conor O'Dwyer
Assistant Project ManagerConor’s main role in the company is assisting in the operations of current projects. He attends on-site meetings, records project progress, reports any issues to lead project manager, and assists in drafting contracts, level sheets, RFI’s, and take offs.
