DCS completed a full interior build-out for Spanish retailer Paris 64, transforming a vacant storefront into a European luxury leather goods boutique in the heart of SoHo.
The project included a full renovation of the primary retail space, featuring imported Spanish materials and high-end finishes, including full-height Venetian plaster walls applied by Italian craftsmen.
The scope encompassed selective demolition, architectural finishes, specialty lighting, and custom fixtures, delivered on an accelerated schedule and completed in time for the holiday retail season.
